I wanted to write and commend you on the excellent tuck pointing job Denver Brick Specialists did on our Park Hill home. The chimney and the exterior walls of our 1925 brick home definitely needed repairing. Previous owners to our house had either done the tuck pointing themselves or had contracted the wrong people to do the job and the results were both obvious and poorly done. We wanted to get the job done right.
From the moment you came to our house for a free estimate to the end of the job, you and your crew where professional, timely, tidy, on budget and your craftsmanship was excellent. We appreciated the time you took in our initial meeting to show us impressive before and after photos of houses similar in age and structure to our house. You gave us an estimate, a start date and the amount of time it would take to complete the job. You met or exceeded those estimates in every instance. Even more surprising, you did not want any down payment. In fact, you didn’t ask for payment until the work was complete.
We are both very pleased with the results and would happily refer your company to others. We would not hesitate to work with Denver Brick Specialists on other jobs. My only regret is that your company doesn’t perform other home repair and maintenance services.
