I am glad to write this letter of recommendation as we could not be happier with the fine work your workers did and with the service you provided. The numerous other letters from satisfied customers were an important consideration in choosing the right company to care for our home.
We really knew we had a severe problem with our house at [address omitted] and have had enough work done previously to know that it is easy to choose a bad contractor. The problem was obvious from the cracks in the interior walls and exterior brick, but the severity only came to light when the structural engineer warned us that the house would soon become unsafe noting in particular the misalignment of the bricks on the northeast corner in the area of the second floor. He expressed concern that the bricks could fall causing injury and warned that if the brick work was not performed with proper support of the structure, further damage could occur making the house unsafe for occupation.
Of course, we were horrified by what the engineer said, but much of our initial anxiety was quickly fettered by Brick Specialists confidence that they could do the job and knowledgeable understanding of the task at hand evinced by reiterating the same concerns we heard from the engineers. Once the foundation was stabilized, Brick Specialists showed up as scheduled and completed the work on time despite the especially cold temperatures. Although the wall could not be restored to plumb, it looks great now that it is straight and properly tucked
Ultimately, Brick Specialists exceeded our expectations in every way. More important, they safely restored our home’s beautifully appearance as promised. Additionally, they stuck to the quoted price despite extra work they performed on their own and some additional work we requested. As I said, we could not be happier.
